Does anyone know how to switch from the monthly plan to an annual payment plan?  Been trying to get in touch with someone for months and I'm wasting money each and every month.  It's not a lot but it adds up.  Tia!

The above link did not work for me. Just got through to support after an hour of waiting and persistent prompting on the chat board. The only way is to contact support, they will cancel your account and you will have to purchase the plan you wish. Your account files and settings will remain the same (or so they've informed me). Hope this helps someone out there who have faced the same problem.

Hi Marla,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to change you plan to anual payment plan, please look at the steps provided in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/change-plan.html and see if that helps.

Regards

Amal

I have the same question about how to change from monthly billing to annual.  I have tried several ways and I can't find the option.

Adobe is the worst thing I've seen in my life! They are [abuse removed by a moderator], please never buy from them whoever reads this.

They charge you for a whole year even if you retire before and don't allow you to unsuscribed unless you have paid, they basically take your credit card as a hostage.

Hi there

This is something better handled by our billing team. Please go through the link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and click on the contact us button in the lower right corner.

If you have an annual plan, and you want to cancel early, you have to pay half of the remaining due as early-cancellation-fee. That's part of the terms & conditions you have agreed upon.
