Change pdf from horizontal to vertical

I downloaded a pdf; you can only read this by clicking the arrow on the right side and reading horizontally; I would like the pdf be in "vertical style." Is there some way to do this?

Do you mean the pages are rotated? If so, you can rotate them back, if you have Acrobat. If you have the free Reader you can rotate the page ​view​, but you won't be able to save it like that.
