I received a single page PDF from a laboratory to include in a report. It is in landscape but I need to include in Portrait. I don't need to simply rotate it 90 degrees but need to have it proportioned to fit the landscape orientation.
I suppose that I can ask the lab to re-send in portrait format but was hoping there is a simple way to do this myself.

Note: I converted to Word, and manually re-proportioned each element ( 2 tables and one image) - however I'm hoping to find a simpler way to do this than my "brute force" solution since I'm sure to have to do this again in the future.

There's no easy way to do something like that in a PDF file, since it's not an editable format. Exporting it to another format (like Word or InDesign), and then creating a new PDF is your best option.

Thanks - that is what I did in this case.
