I recently changed my subscription from Adobe Acrobat PRO Dc to the Standard, and now when I open Acrobat it says I do not have an active plan even though I did pay the annual fee for the subscription. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

This happens because you have changed the plan to Acrobat Std DC, and trying to access it from the old application installed Acrobat Pro DC.

Uninstall Acrobat Pro DC using this cleaner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

and download it from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Sign In with your Adobe email and it's good to go.

Thanks,

Akanchha
