Changes to Acrobat v25.1 Preferences settings does not stay

Community Beginner ,

I have had contuing issues with this over time (a year or more).

Doesn't matter how many times I reset and restart, it will not retain my Units, always reverts to Inches (not useful in a matric world!); and will not get rid of all the AI crap over the screen - reducing my actual usable workspace.

The AI issue is becoming more of the issue now, as it restricts my productivity.

I have reinstalled and updated numerous times - can I just get it fixed! Please!

@brett_9177 with the AI, I have mine disabled in Acrobat. Go to View - Disable new  Acrobat.

By changing that, test to see if that makes your units stay now

Hi

No it did not work, as I do not appear to have that option on my View menu panel - per image.
Cheers Brett

Had to do yet another uninstall/reiinstall and got this to work.

Pretty crappy workaround though - come on Adobe, this used to be such an excellent application.
