Changing Default 'Save To' location when saving file opened from attachment

New Here ,
Jul 27, 2018 Jul 27, 2018

I recently moved from Adobe Acrobat X to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  When I opened a PDF from an attachment when using Adobe Acrobat X, the default save to location was My Documents.  Now, with the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC tool, the default location is a buried folder C:\users\....\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\inetcache\content.outlook.\qowsjlrx  This is pretty much an inaccessible and unusable location, and am wondering if there is anyway to change this.

Thanks.

P.S.  Why am I unable to use the copy and paste function when typing in the body of this message?

Hi

can you confirm the exact version of the software and your operating system. A couple of screenshots might help us understand better your issue.

Can you also list the exact steps you are taking to help us recreate the issue.

The path you mention looks like the file opened, that you are trying to save was opened from an email attachement.

Can you try to save that attachment to your correct folder first before editing it?
