@mohamedh34662214 honestly, I don't think you can, especially if they have 2FA on that number! As an Adobe Admin, you generally cannot directly remove a user's mobile phone number from their account in the Adobe Admin Console, especially if it's being used for two-step verification (2FA) during the login process. The mobile number is usually tied to the user's personal profile settings, which they would typically manage themselves. However, since the user has resigned, you have a few administrative options to resolve this access issue and manage the license.
I could have sworn my old boss did this was to reset their password and reclaim the license. This bypasses the need for the mobile-based OTP and secures the account. Sign in to the Adobe Admin Console, go to the Users section, locate the former employee's account, and select the Reset Password option. This action is crucial because it allows you to set a temporary password or triggers a password reset email to the corporate address, which should bypass the need for the mobile-based one-time password (OTP). Once you have control of the account, you should manage the license: you can either navigate to the user's profile to remove the Acrobat Pro license and compassionately assign it to a deserving new employee who needs access to the tools, or you can choose to remove the user entirely from the Admin Console to immediately free up the license and terminate all account access.
