I cancelled my subscription and today money was taken from my acct. Money I was using for my daughter's 9th bday. This is crazy. There is a representative in chat but they will not respond to anything I type. This couldn't have happened at a worse time

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... See this page for more information, including a yellow highlited section from the subscription page https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/adobe-is-a-massive-scam/td-p/1309030...
-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining subscription time as a fee
--this is cancelling AFTER the trial converts to paid and BEFORE the end of the subscription
