Checkbox not showing up on mobile

Hello smart people of Adobe! Im having an issue with a fillable form I created for my employees. I wanted to make my onboarding packet a fillable form so people can fill it out on their phones or laptops but the checkbox doesnt show up on the mobile version.  I went to All Tools > Prepare a Form. I used the text field and checkbox for the entire thing. The screenshot with the checkmark is the file opened up on my desktop and the other screenshot is the same file but opened up on my phone. 

Just to be clear the file opened on desktop works 100%! Its only on mobile where the checkboxes arent showing up.
