Hello, I have a PDF form I am using for customers to fill out and print for their own purposes.  Unfortunately any Chinese or other language character set does not show up in the PDF form.

If the customer tries to write: "这是客户对PDF表单的评论" it will show up as blank space: "            PDF          ".  This is preventing our customers from using the forms we are providing.

I am attempting to use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to extend the character set embedded in the PDF but I see no options for changing these embedded fonts from Partial to Full.

Please let me know how I can fix this.

Hello,

* Yes, this happens on every form we create with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

* Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Version 2019.012.20040

* OS: Windows 10 Pro Version 1809

However, further investigation reveals that it's only certain pdf viewers that are unable to view these characters.  For instance, Chrome's built-in PDF viewer is unable to render these characters, whereas Foxit Reader is able to read them.  What is going on here?
