Chrome reader not showing scroll long text inf PDF form

I have an issue with the "scroll long text" option in my form. when i use it on adobe, i can see the scrollbar and the "+" sign when the text is long enough. However, i can't see it in the Chrome/Edge PDF reader, and i have to use the up/down arrows to scroll the text.

i have "scroll long text" and "multi-line" enabled.

Is there a way to fix it?

What PDF viewer are you using in those browsers?

That's Chrome's own PDF viewer. Report the problem to them.

Chrome and Edge are not PDF readers. They are spyware, and also web browsers.
