Clarification in regards to properties of fixups

I'm trying to remove specific objects in a PDF that contains thousands of pages.  They are Form Xobjects that contain text of a specific size and font.

I created a PDF fixup within preflight but I can't figure out how to apply multiple criteria to the check.  I can use one or the other by themselves and they remove the objects I want but they also remove other objects that match either the text size 14 or form xobject is true.  I want the fixup to check for both properties at the same time but when I add them in together, it doesn't remove anything.  Can someone point me in the right direction?
