Clicking 'Prepare Form' crashes Acrobat every time I push it. I have the most up to date version and I have re-installed and re-started my computer. Every other function works, it's just ''Prepare Form' that doesn't. Can anyone help ASAP?

Hi @christopherp29797685

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Do you experience this crash issue after selecting a PDF file to "Prepare form" or the application crashes right after selecting "Prepare Form"?

Try the following:

1- Select a different file and then choose Prepare Form

2- Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat now check the tool again.

3- If it still does the same, then

Run this

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application's files traces:

Download the Acrobat installer from here:
