Closing shared review PDF from adobe cloud crashes Acrobat

I'm using the Acrobat cloud share for the first time. It works well, allowing people to whom I send a link to comment on the PDF I share, and I am able to open the file from the cloud server and read their comments. But EVERY TIME I close the file, Acrobat crashes. I assume I'm doing something wrong, but I can't find anything about how to prevent this or instructions on closing a cloud-based shared PDF. The file always shows that it hasn't been saved (black dot in the red dot at the top of the screen), but if I save it, I only have the option of saving a copy to my computer. If I just close the shared PDF, Acrobat crashes. Every time. 

 

Any ideas?
