Collaborative reviews using the Adobe Chrome extension?

Hello, everyone! Are there any options to support collaborative reviews using the Adobe Chrome extension? We would like users to be able to open a file using the Adobe Chrome extension, be able to post a comment, and then have the comment visible to the author and other reviewers. I have not currently been able to find a way to do this without using the full Adobe Acrobat application.
