I am running the lastest Adobe suite for PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat on Win 11 PC.
I have synchronised my color settings in Bridge, but the synchronised color settings does not show up in Acrobat - All others (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator) are okay.
- Is there a trick to get Acrobat to recognise the synchronised colour settings file?
- Is it a bug?
- On my Mac I do not have this problem - Only on Win 11 PC.
Any ideas please...
Thanks and regards,
The Colour Doc...

Thank you for the prompt reply - much appreciated!
Yes, my colour settings file is in the correct directory/folder - C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Color\Settings.
One thing I did, to fix it, was to turn off 'Enable protetced Mode at startup', under Preferences, Security (Enhanced).
Some how I found another post that suggested the above, and it worked.
- But on the Mac you do not have to do this - it works as it should (??!!)...
Thanks again!

@David3558580056si The synchronization process relies on the color settings file being in a specific location that all applications can access. Is it possible that on your Windows 11 PC, Acrobat doesn't have the correct permissions or is looking in a different directory than the other apps?
On Windows, the user-specific color settings files are typically located in
C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Color\Settings.
Ensure that the .csf file you created is present in this folder. You might also want to check the permissions of the Adobe\Color\Settings folder to ensure Acrobat has read access.
