Colores cambian al abrir el archivo

Al abrir un PDF (que recibo de otro diseñador) en acrobat profesional los elementos negros y grises estan en todos los colores, al abrirlo en ilustrador si estan en puro color negro.

Una vez que yo abro ese PDF en ilustrador y lo convierto a PDf de nuevo, el acrobat ya lo abre correctamente con los negros y grises en el canal del negro solamente.

Hope you are doing well. Would you mind confirming how did you generate the PDF from Illustrator? Are there any specific export settings?

Also, the black & white or grey file looks colored in Acrobat Pro, but regenerating them fixes the problem and bringing back to the actual color black & grey. This shows that it's a file-specific issue and has something to do with the settings of how it has been generated. 

Please share the pdf file or screenshot of your document or the generated pdf itself.

Also, share the version of Acrobat and the OS you are working with.
