Colour change when opening PDF (looks fine in Mac quick-view)

How to stop colour change when exporting PDF

- Colours look RGB (bright and vibrant) in Indesign
- Still look RGB when quick previewing PDF on my mac
- But they look CMYK (dull) when PDF is opened in Acrobat

Document setup intent: Web
Transperancy blend space: RGB
Export: Adobe PDF Interactive

I use latest version of Indesign / Acrobat and MacOS Monterey. I am not super technical but know how to use Indesign to a very high professional standard.

Go into Acrobat's perferences and select the "Accessibility" category. Make sure that "Replace Document Colors" is turned off. If this is not it, go into "Color Management" category and make sure you have the correct settings for your environment.
