Since the last upgrade - when I try to combine documents it creates a portfolio - showing the 2 documents I want to combine - but doesn't actualy combine them.  I cannot see a final combined document that will allow me to organize and remove pages and save as a new document.  What am I doing wrong?? If I save the portfolio it is only one of the documents.

Hi @wendys31757710

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

While combining the files, please check the following settings under Options and see if the "Save as PDF Postfolio is checked or not"

AkanchhaS_0-1680031448907.png

If all the settings are in their place. Then, check the following:

1- Acrobat's exact version. Open Acrobat>help>about Acrobat

2- share the screen-recording or exact workflow

3- Try combing files from the Document Cloud web https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Thank you Akanchha,

I found the answer myself before you got back to me - but you were correct with your first suggestion!  For some reason the newest version of Adobe Pro - has me defaulting to saving it as a portfolio.  As soon as I found that and unchecked it I was back to normal.   Thank you for your help!
