Good day,

I took an inspection from I use regularly and made it editable so I can easily fill it out electronically. For todays job I had to use three of these inspection forms I created. Now that Im finished my job im creating the report in a PDF. When I comebine all three of these inspection froms into my report it changes them all to say the exact same thing because their field names are identical. Is there any way I can bypass this and just create one pdf not a portfolio?

Thanks!

Change the field names or flatten the form fields before you combine the files.

Hi,

Can you confirm the steps you take to put all the forms together?

  • You can open one, then insert the other two in the same file, but the field with the same name will match their values
  • You can File > Create > combine multiple files...
  • You can File > Create > PDF Portfolio

Hi there, I got File>Create>Multiple Files into PDF

Then all the vales just get changed to what they are in the first one since the field names are all the same.
