Combine multiple files using filepaths

I regularly combine files located in various folders into one pdf. I have a query to list the file paths to all the files I need.

I add these using combine, then "Add Files...", "Add Webpage..." one at a time.

Is there a way I can "add" all these file paths in on step? Java script?
