Combine PDF without Portfolio

How can i combine PDF to single PDF without using Portfolio.  I used portfoliot to combine the PDF file previosly but  now no one can open file

thank you for reply but i just realized i have to use portfolio becuase the PDF file are digitally signed . But if i use portfolio no one can open file without reader . Is there a way to combine digitallly signed PDF without portfolio ??
