I have a user who signed into 2 different computers with same account. 1 account has the combine tool available and the other doesnt even have the combine option available. Any idea why it would be missing from 1 and not the other being the same account?

Thanks for reaching out.
It would be great and easy for us to understand if you could share the screenshot of the available tools for both applications.
Also, the exact version of the Adobe application is installed on both machine+ OS versions.
Additional:
For the one that doesn't have the Combine Tool option, try removing the application entirely and re-download it.
Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application's files traces:

and download again.

You might have fixed this issue, but I was having the same problem. Found on another forum a correction - I was able to correct by clicking on 'Menu" then 'Help' then 'install premium features'. Was able to get all the missing tools back.
