Hello, I use Acrobat to combine PDF's that I create from a mapping application (ArcGIS Pro). Lately I have not had success. When I try to combine my PDF's none of them display, they are all blank. I have tried reducing my PDF sizes and changing export settings in my mapping application but nothing seems to work. Please Help!

Hi @Karolina26045561sjp8
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
Is this an issue with the PDF files created from the mapping application or with all the other PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file created by non-mapping application and check.
What is the workflow/steps you are doing to combine the PDF files? A small video recording would be very helpful.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version, go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.01.2017X installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when opening the PDF file' > Click OK an reboot the application and check
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... and check.
You may also try to combine the PDF online via the link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/combine-pdf and see if that helps.
Regards
Amal
