When I try to combine documents it always doesn't combine one of them and keep giving error unless I export that document to pdf first and then combine them which this doubles my job.

Hi
Thanks for your answer . A yellow triangle sign appears on the document that says: "error during processing, file skipped"
Thanks

The only document that it doesn't combine is the one in the excel sheet.

Ok, so it's an Excel document, being combined with others.
1. How do you combine multiple files? There is more than one way to do this, so please be detailed.
2. What version of Excel is installed?
3. What version of Acrobat is installed?
4. If you open the file in Excel, do you see an ACROBAT ribbon, and does it work to make a PDF from this file?
Please answer all questions, and for version please do not say "latest". Thanks.

Hi
I normally go to tools, combine files then add files and then combine. But it combines all the word documents but not the excel one which my colleague doesn’t have any problem with combining the same documents on her computer.
I use adobe acrobat pro DC. And no I don’t see an acrobat ribbon when I open the excel file but I can export it to pdf. How can I find out what version of excel I’m using?
Thanks
Mona
