I'm running Acrobat DC on a Win10 machine. I'm using it in the Creative Cloud with auto-updates, so version right now is 19.021.20061
Combining multiple different Microsoft Office files into one PDF is one of the key features I'm using. However, since a little while Acrobat DC shows an error message with all *.docx-files in the combination list: "This file format can't be converted into a PDF-file. Please delete it from the list." (freestyle translation into English here 😉
However, converting the *.docx individually works, printing into PDF from Microsoft Word works, etc. Also combining other Microsoft Office files works.
I can't find an exception for *.docx-files in the Acrobat manual; also it has been working fine for several years.
Anybody else with this problem?
