Comment Polygon - Incorrect Colour

I am trying to mark up a pdf with some polygons using the comment tool.

When I add the polygon and give it a red fill colour, the pdf on my screen shows up with a blue fill.

If I save the pdf and open it on another pc, the colours show correctly.

Any settings that may be altering this on my screen?

Also , can you please share the app version.

Thanks,

No it doesn't, and it is not just this pdf file, it happen's on all pdfs.

It only happens when I change the opacity of the colour and there is another colour behind it. If it is solid fill with no opacity change, the colour is right.

Over a white background it looks fine on my pc but over colour, it changes to what I posted above.

It should look like this, which has been taken from another PC.
