I looked high and low but douldn't find out how to get the old comment toolbar to display. It was very helpful to be able to choose betweren INSERT, REPLACE, and DELETE. The new format makes it cumbersome. (This is for commenting, not editing.)
Could you please tell me if I am missing anything, or how to get the old toolbar (see attachment) in the new version?
