How do I completely get rid of comment section so that the person I send the pdf to does not have access to any previous comments?
I have been able to get by with printing my pdf to pdf, but this increases the size of the document by at least three times the original size.

Open the Comments panel, click into it, press Ctrl+A to select all comments, press Delete to remove them.
