Our team uses comments in the PDF to edit our documents, but since the upgrade, no one can see the comments in a cloud PDF. We have tried accessing every way, but even though you may see that there are comments before opening, the PDF opens as if there are no comments. Please help!

We all use Macs and I believe we are all updated to the latest version (Catalina 10.15.7).
It's hard to record the issue, since it's comments not showing up when you know they are there. You can open a document that was shared with you, that you know contains comments, but the comments do not show. It actually looks as if there are no comments. This is especially true of older shared (cloud) PDFs that we know have comments because we have accessed them before. Our CE's are double checking that any marked corrections were completed, but cannot see what the corrections were. To restate, if you try to open a shared PDF from the shared notification you received in email, it opens without any comments showing.
If I have shared the PDF, I have been able to open it in the cloud and see the comments, but if it has been shared by someone else, I cannot, and others cannot see comments in the PDFs that I have shared. When I tried to open a shared PDF on my non-work mac, I received the message "Something went wrong. Please try again." on a white screen. It's as if the older shared files have disappeared. None are more than a month old, too.

We have Enfous Pitstop Pro and since the update, Pitstop does not show anchor points when an object is selected. According to Enfocus, this in an Acrobat update issue. So what is Adobe's fix for this?
