New Here ,

I have a PDF that has comments on it i can see the Purple comment boxes but when i open up the comment tab to see them. theres no comments at all.

Then the file was most likely flattened, which converted the comments into static objects. Any contents they had is lost, I'm afraid. The only thing that remains is their visual representation on the page.
