\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient\VulcanControll.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error

When I run Adobe Acrobat Pro I get the error message "\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient\VulcanControll.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error" every time. I installed this program using the Adobe Creative Cloud. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it continues to happen. Any ideas of how to correct this?

Did you ever get a solution to this problem, please? I am getting something similar, but the Correct reply link listed below just takes me to the opening page of the Support Community, not any specific help.
