Cada vez que ingreso a mis documentos ya leídos con anterioridad se abren desde el comienzo, necesito saber como configurarlo para que se me guarde desde el lugar en el que lo deje y cuando lo abra se continue desde ahí.

You can configure Adobe Acrobat to remember the last page you were on when reopening a document by enabling the Restore Last View Settings feature. Follow these steps:
Solution: Enable “Restore Last View Settings”
1. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro (or Acrobat Reader).
2. Go to Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat > Preferences (Mac).
3. Select Documents from the left panel.
4. Check the box “Restore last view settings when reopening documents.”
5. Click OK and restart Acrobat.
