Before updating to Mac OS 10.14, I'd like to know what versions of Acrobat Pro are compatible (curently running Acrobat Pro 9 with Mac OS 10.13)
Thanks
See Acrobat and macOS Mojave 10.14 compatibility for a full list of known incompatibilities of MacOS 10.14 with the current releases of Acrobat DC and Acrobat 2017.
As we (should) all know, Apple does not guarantee that new OS releases will not have incompatibilities with existing or especially older application programs. There is nothing that Adobe or other application developers can do about this other than to release new versions that work around the OS incompatibilities.

To the original question with regards to Acrobat 9.x compatibility with MacOS 10.14, you should assume that you may find significant issues with running a 10 year old version of an application designed for MacOS 10.5 on MacOS 10.14.
In general, with today's OS development philosophies of Apple and increasingly Microsoft, you need to assume that updating OS versions (or buying a new system requiring a new OS version) will potentially require you to update many if not most application programs that you are currently running.

Thanks for this answer, but :
- This 10 year old version has been running without major issues until now, including with MacOS 10.13.
- Beyond refering to assumptions and potential requirements, the current Adobe development philosophy requiring costly monthly suscriptions (or very costly one time purchase) also raises questions...

Luck can run out. You HAVE been lucky. You MIGHT be lucky with 10.14. Your luck WILL run out, we can say with certainty, with Mac OS 10.15.
