Hi -

with the latest version of Adobe PDF, the system will overwrite all my fields in a fillable form with "text" fields when I request e-signatures. How do I fix this?

What fields have you used in the form?

I don't see Jennifer replying -- can I go ahead and answer my situation?

The form is provided by a third party. They are all text fields. I complete the form and then send request e-signatures. I've never had this problem until the update.

I  am having the same problem. I fill in the pdf fillable form and then I save the document.  Then, I request e-signatures.  All the pdf fillable answers I have provided become form fields again and when I send out the doc, it comes back with a signature but none of the fields are filled out.  I have sent out a bunch of these thinking they would be okay and now I have to re-send these to execs.

That's exactly the problem I'm having. It's not my form, so I can't edit any of the fields. It's a fillable provided by on of the insurance companies I work with.

I'm glad to know I am not alone -- except that mine are on docs that I made pdf fillable.  Then I fill in the fields and send for signature and they come back blank

Jennifer- look up at the 2nd reply from Bernd Alheit -- he is a community expert -- he had asked you a question but I thought maybe you had left the conversation -- see if you can answer his question and maybe he can find a solution.  We're not getting any help otherwise.
