conflict intsalling message

it wont let me install, it keeps coming up with the conflict message telling me word is open but its not. can anyone help??

what are you trying to install?

I suggest go to the task manager to make sure word is closed

Hi! Could use some additional information here so we can better help you What are you trying to install? Have you tried rebooting your machine and trying again? If you're on a Mac, make sure you're actually closing out the program and not just hitting the X in the left.
