Content preparation pop up - Mac

Recently, the pop up box for content preparation has stopped progressing and refuses to go away.

I'm using an iMac Pro running the latest version of OSX.

Does anyone know how to make it stop this? It used to appear for a few seconds and then complete its task and close. Now it just appears, does nothing and stays there.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Please go to Adobe Acrobat > Preferences > Reading > Under Screen Reading (Page Vs Document), select 'Only Read the currently visible page' > Click OK and reboot the computer once. 

Also, make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20112 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
