Context menu changes to a different menu randomly when editing

When editing a pdf in Acrobat Pro DC (32-Bit) the context menu will randomly change to a different menu, missing various options, specifically the ones I need at the time. I have to restart to bring the original context menu back. The first pic is the original menu. I use the "Edit Using" option a lot.

The contextual menu is contextual depending on the tool used. This means that it changes depending on the tool activated.

You must activate the "Edit" tool to have "Edit using" in the context menu.
