Control buttons for embedded Audio

Hi Team.

I have the streaming problem (control features) in embedded video, I gave embedded video (MOV, MP4 formats) in PDF using rich media option. when I try to select skin button, I only have the choice between all control an none. But anyway no control appears.

Can you help please ?
