Conversion of Word files to PDF looses the formatting

Since perhaps a week Microsoft Word files that I save as PDF files have lolst formatting, "bold" is normal script, etc. I have tried "create PDF from file", with the same result.

It does not happen in Excel and PowerPoint.

Is there a solution for this?

When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum
