I can do this online but this is very time consuming. I have previously used the link from the PDF reader when viewing the document. That seems to have failed. I cannot see any infomration online and Adobe are impossible to conact. No doubt a very simple issue. I do have a subscription which is due for renewal very soon but not inclined if I cannot use it.
Your account details shows that you have an active subscription for the Acrobat Export PDF. Since its an web based service, so you have to logging on Document Cloudhttps://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ website to be able to use its features, like conversion of PDF to Word.
Or on the other hand, you can access this feature from Acrobat Reader DC desktop application. What exactly happen when you try it through the desktop app?
Note: Make sure you are working with freeware Reader DC not the paid version Acrobat Pro DC
