Hello
I'm working at a law firm where we a lot of cases, which case material involve a bunch of .msg files with attachments, so when the workers are trying to combine all the case material into one big PDF they get an error since .msg is not supported.
Now at this time they open every .msg file in Outlook and then save the mail and attachments as PDF but if a case have 10+ .msg files with attachments, it sums up in quite a lot of time wasted in the whole case solving Progress, which is not a good thing for the workers or the people trying to get help.
So if anyone knows an easier way to convert .msg into a Adobe supported format then I'm all ears.
(Sorry for any broken English)

Hello,
Here's what I do:
I create a folder in Outlook and copy all *msg into it.
Then I set up an auto-archive job in Outlook, select the output folder and the destination folder and create a PDF file. I then open the PDF file in Acrobat, select all the individual files in the document and right-click to select Extract from Portfolio and then have each msg file converted into a PDF. But this only works with *msg files without attachments.

There are two methods for converting MSG files to PST. Manually, you can use Microsoft Outlook: open Outlook, create a new PST file (File → New → Outlook Data File) then drag and drop MSG emails into the PST folder. This method works for a small number of emails but can be time-consuming for bulk conversion. For faster and more reliable results, you can use a third-party tool like DataVare MSG to PST Converter. It supports batch conversion, preserves email formatting, attachments and metadata, and is compatible with all Outlook versions.
