Have Acrobat 2017 Pro.  The excel file contains data and a chart.  I highlight the data and the chart and when I convert the final PDF file only contains the chart and does not include the data.  How do I get the pdf file to include the data and the chart.  See attachements

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have tried to convert the excel sheet, which converts fine at our end. Please check the new PDF: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/track?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:b0ef3968-fb08-3012-ae40-17b885209e7e.

Would you mind sharing the steps you used to create the PDF from the Excel sheet?

It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot or the screen recording.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

How do you convert to PDF? Excel comes with it's own PDF export function, and when you install Acrobat, you get Adobe's PDF export function. Which of the two are you using? Do you see an Acrobat ribbon in Excel? Is that what you've used?

Great, thanks for letting us know. Now you are using Adobe technology, before, you were using Microsoft's PDF generator. As you found out, they are not always giving you the same results.
