I have an Excel sheet with Hyperlinks in PDF. I want to covert it to PDF and users can open the hyperlinks.
How to do it?

Hope you are doing well. Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html and see if that works.
Also once you create the PDF, go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Select 'Create Links from URLs'

Another question: The PDF file contains mainy embeded files in PDF format. when I open the the embeded file, the orginal file is closed. so How to keep the original file open while opening the embeded files

Go to the properties of the link (you'll need to do it one by one, unless you use a tool to edit them all), edit the action associated with it, and select the Open Preference as "New Window":
