I'm sorry, but my first thought is that you may have been taken by someone who is not very legit.

In my country there is something called a "photography package" which is like an economical package for a monthly subscription, it says there is access to PDF conversion but only online.

What Photography package are you talking about? The Photography plan does not include an Acrobat subscription.
