Convert PDF to JPG gridlines problem

Hi I'm trying to convert PDF files to JPG, but when they are converted as a JPG they have gridlines, the image is segmented into 6 sections by the white grid lines. I can't see any options/settings for the PDF to JPG converter page either.

As per the issue description, you see some gridlines on the image converted from a PDF. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. Do you see the gridlines on the original PDF too?

2. Please share a picture of the image that's having the issue.

3. OS name and version?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
