Convert PDF to Word, text is cut off in places

I've searched high and low for an answer to this, to no avail.

Using Acrobat DC, I'm converting PDFs of various types of mechanical drawings to Word, and in some places on the pages the text is inexplicably cut off at the top or bottom (I'll try to attach screen shots).  Is this something that can be remedied easily, or is it just a shortcoming of the software?screen shot of original PDF.pngscreen shot after conversion to Word.png

Hi. If the Acrobat DC could analyse the PDF layouts, the issue may be addressed. You can try some other PDF to Word converters (PDF Reader Pro / the online converter) or PDF Conversion Libraries (ComPDF)

I've encountered this many times before. It's probably because the PDF wasn't made with a fully compliant PDF engine.

In Acrobat, please go to File > Properties... or whatever the Windows version of Menu menu menu is, and take a screen shot of the Description pane. Specifically we need to see the Application and PDF Producer metadata fields.
