Convert pdf to word

I have a subscription to convert PDF to word but when I click on the link on the right-hand side of the page the ^ changes direction but nothing happens to the document. I have checked my account and it seems okay.

Thanks for your report.  Please refer the steps mentioned under section "Export PDF to Word or Excel from Acrobat Reader desktop app" at Using Adobe Export PDF for converting PDF to word.

Please let us know if it does not works for you with the error message and snapshot.
