Convert to PDF popup problem

I'm creating a readable PDF of articles from a website prior to the website being replaced. My problem is that each webpage is showing the privacy notice popup when I run convert to PDF for the section of the site. Is there any way to make it read the cookies when running?

I've managed to solve this. In the default browser you need o select to accept all cookies, even in the privacy/incognito mode.

The suggestion from Andrew did not work for me.

Does anybody has other suggestions?
