Convert Webpage to PDF - No Images

Hi All, 

I'm really struggling to make my Acrobat converter work - when I go to print the webpages to PDF, it won't transfer the images and I just get a blue question mark. 

The website is www.selwoodgardencommunity.com - see screenshots below to show you what I'm getting. I desperately need the images to show up. I have 'Convert Images' selected in the 'Web Page Conversion Settings'. It also appears that my fonts aren't transferring. 

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, I can't find anything online to suggest what I'm doing wrong. Normal 'Print to PDF' scales everything wrong and misses out sections of the text.

You print to PDF? Not use the web page converter...?
